Riverton Country Club is a private club that strives to provide the utmost in service to our members and their guests. Our course is unique and uncompromising, providing the challenge of achievement for golfers of all levels. Our clubhouse and service are both warm and inviting, allowing your guests to unwind and enjoy themselves after a round of golf. We invite you to tour our course and clubhouse before you choose the location of your next outing.
Golf Outings may be held on Mondays and Tuesdays. The outing group has complete privacy. Monday outings require a minimum of 80 golfers, lunch, dinner and bar. Tuesday outings may have a maximum of 50 golfers with dinner. For more specific information including green fees, availability and catering options, please contact our sales office at 856-829-2825.
The following guidelines will act as a checklist. We would like you to contact our golf professional,Kevin Duffy, to ensure your golf outing at Riverton is a well-run successful event. Remember, coordination and communication with a PGA Professional on all outing details can be the difference between just an “outing” and “a truly spectacular golfing event”.
To ensure you have a great outing, call the office at 856-829-5500 to speak with Julie Scott, our Direcotr of Sales to confirm a date and select a menu. Then contact PGA Golf Professional Kevin Duffy, to set up your golfing activities for the day. His telephone number is 856-829-1919. This should be done at your earliest convenience.
1.Number of players.
2.Type of tournament or special events, such as closest to the pin, longest drive, hole in one, etc.
3.The way in which tournament winners are to be selected.
4.List of players sent to the Pro Shop in advance of the tournament by at least two days.
5.Special activities – developed by your outing.
6.Number of golf carts anticipated.
7.Arranging for golf prizes.

One week before the outing, the Pro Shop should be notified again to firm up these arrangements. Your final count upon which you will be billed is due two days prior to the outing.
Attire: All players are expected to wear proper attire on the golf course. Golf shoes without metal spikes are required. Players with metal spikes will be refused to play. Shorts will be permitted for outings at The Riverton Country Club provided they are no more than 4 inches above the knee. All decisions of the Golf Professional are final. Blue jeans, t-shirts, cut-offs, etc. are not permitted.
Golf Carts: Golf carts are mandatory. Carts must not be driven on tees; greens or green aprons, nor parked within 30 feet of the green, or in a position to interfere with play of others. Carts are the responsibility of the driver. All damaged carts should be reported to the Pro Shop. Damage due to abuse is the responsibility of those using the cart. ALL CARTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PRO SHOP AFTER PLAY.
Courteous Play: Players should maintain a place not more than one Full Hole behind the group in front. Please leave the course as you found it. REPLACE THE DIVOTS - REPAIR BALL MARKS ON GREENS - RAKE SAND TRAPS.
Conduct: Please observe proper conduct and decorum at all times. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PERMITTED ON THE GOLF COURSE.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only permitted when Riverton Country Club closes the Golf Course due to extreme weather conditions.

1. There is a guaranteed minimum of 80 golfers for lunch, dinner and bar.
2. All Golf Prizes and Favors for Distribution to the outing must be purchased through our golf Professional.
3. The following times or formats are available:
10:30 AM or later using starting times.
12:30 PM or later - shotgun start.
The practice green and driving range are available at 10:00am.
4. Use of golf carts is required.
5. Two rangers are required at the expense of the outing.
Green Fees: $70 per player
Cart Fees: $50 per cart + tax
Rangers: $75 each
Club House Fee: $100
Towel Replacement: $10 each
Driving Range Fee: $100 optional
NOTE: All golf carts used, whether for golf or staff use, will be billed to the outing.
7. Role of Member/Sponsor:
•Be personally involved in booking the outing through the Sales Manager and Golf Professional.
•Assume responsibility for conduct of participants.
•Assume financial responsibility for the outing.
